Cameron was absolutely the best agent out of 9 I have dealt with. I am an estate agetn like him and go the extra mile. He even showed me on whatsapp video call and walked down the road to show me where the tube station was. I will definitely only call Cameron as soon as we are able to travel out of South Africa to the UK again.

GoogleI highly recommend Strattons and Partners. The listing, viewing and sale of the house was very fast. Thereafter Dylan was unfailingly professional and supportive throughout the whole process. He was always available and dealt quickly and carefully with any hitches in my purchase that I encountered along the way. As did Alex. Both Dylan and Alex were wonderful. I cannot praise them enough and I highly recommend Strattons for a smooth and supportive sale.

It was a very smooth and straightforward experience, from inquiring, to viewing to moving. Very pleasant experience. The staff (Sophia) was warm and polite throughout, she was happy to answer all our many questions 🤭. We’ve been renting but this is the best experience yet. I’ll definitely recommend them. And Sophia? She gets a 5 star ⭐️

GoogleI was recommended Strattons by a colleague who had recently sold her house through them - so I invited them in for a valuation having not been overly impressed by any other agents who had given me a valuation. I instantly got on well with Dylan who is professional and knowledgeable about the Bath property market, but also very personable and easy to talk to. I was nervous about moving, particularly selling so early in the year, and needed a bit of hand holding through the process, but he gave me the confidence to go ahead with it and moral support when I needed it. I was kept informed about viewings and disruption was minimized since these were generally grouped together which was really helpful. Both Dylan and Alex were a pleasure to deal with, they gave constructive advice and were always very responsive, communicating mainly via a Whatsapp group. Dylan really went the extra mile to sell my house, even trying to rescue my cat when it got into the loft on one particular viewing! I would not hesitate to recommend Stratton and Partners, they are brilliant!

Useless. Slow to respond to tenants and landlords, sometimes botch statements with wild fees appearing, lose keys, don't communicate about tenants overstaying etc. etc. This is West Team in Croydon, just awful.

GoogleAlex and Dylan were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We nearly bought a house with them in 2021, but decided on something else. Anyway, fast forward to this summer and we got back in contact with Alex about a house he had listed. We had a viewing 2 days after, our house on the market 3 days after that, and off the market within 3 days of being listed. They’re hugely personable agents, and don’t seem to take on too many listings to enable them to give that 1:1 service. They might be a bit more pricey than other agents, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Highly, highly recommended!

From start to finish they’ve been extremely helpful. We dealt with various people but Ryan Perrin is who officially progressed our house sale. He made sure to update us along the way and ensured we completed on a date that was suitable for us even though there were difficulties from other parties. Having just relocated to the UK, we needed a fair bit of hand holding and guidance across the process and Alex was amazing throughout.
