Dylan and Alex of Strattons and Partners provided us with a very professional service when we sold our bungalow. Dylan took amazing photographs and returned to get the best light outside, both at the front and back of the property. Dylan helped enormously towards exchange and completion keeping us very well informed with the process and timing of everything. On completion day Dylan was on hand to help and went the extra mile in helping with the removal of the last of the rubbish. Thank you so much for all your help and support. I would certainly recommend Strattons and Partners to anyone for a professional and friendly service, and an agent that goes the extra mile.

We would highly recommend Strattons and Partners. Nothing is too much trouble for Dylan and Alex. Both went above and beyond what we expected and we were extremely happy with their service. Dylan built relationships with the estate agents involved further down the chain to ensure things moved as rapidly as possible and our purchase subsequently went through in just over three months. Minor maintenance issues were arranged prior to our moving-in, so that when we completed, the house was ready for occupancy.

The process has been great because the agent, Nailah Cave was great in making me get the property. She called me on the 3rd December and offered me the opportunity to view the property the same day, explained how the process will be should the landlord chose me as the preferred tenant. After been chosen as the preferred tenant, Nailah Cave was communicating with me throughout the process, on the 14th December I got a call from her that I'm all cleared from the reference company Goodlord. Selling our house with Alex was a totally personable approach. We felt like we were speaking with a friend. From the initial house visit, the care taken to explain and create the marketing materials, and the speed to get the property live and listed. It was a breeze! They have a client list which resulted in the eventual overseas buyer who was looking to upsize from their property to ours. The viewings fitted in with our family schedule and Alex brought the buyer on a Sunday to meet us to cement the deal after they viewed on the Saturday. From start to finish our journey with Strattons and Partners was enjoyable and comfortable. Dylan guided us through the market and valuing our house, he didn't put ANY pressure on us to make a timeline to move but rather encouraged us to move at our own pace. His knowledge of the industry and of the lay of the land in Bath was the killer combo. He knew how to sell our niche little street because he truly knew and believed in its worth. When Dylan came to take photos he was so helpful in staging and advising on what would be the best shots of our house for the websites and sales. This included getting up on ladders and all kinds of tricks of the trade. The photos came out BEAUTIFULLY and really made our house shine on Right Move and other sites. The great photos made the rest of the process easier. When we were ready to have Dylan host an open day he worked around our young family's schedule. He tailored the day to our message which he'd advised us on. We were happy in our old house but hoped for more, we didn't want to leave a great house until we found EXACTLY what we wanted. By focusing on this message rather than stoking a bidding war he actually attracted the kinds of buyers who would be interested and who would not get frustrated and ditch us half way through the process. Thanks to Dylan's knowledge of our house and sales expertise he got us 11 views and 6 offers within 5 HOURS. He talked us through not only the values offered but the position of the parties. This advice was priceless as it helped us secure a really sound buyer. After we accepted an offer he went above and beyond to guide us in our own house search. Even when we went for a house not sold by Strattons Dylan was 100% there for us. No question was too small for Dylan which was really encouraging. By setting up a WhatsApp for clear and open communication we skipped the typical back and fourth delays that most estate agents have. Every step of the process after that Dylan was our go-to-guy. We relied on him and his expertise to advise us on when to chase things and when to wait, and all the confusing steps of moving the process along. Buying a house is usually quite painful and long winded but we really felt Dylan was in it with us and we are completely confident there was no one we'd rather have worked with, nor anything we think could have been improved. We're in a house beyond our wildest dreams when this process started and that is 100% down to Dylan. I would recommend Strattons and Partners to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. You won't find a better team in Bath. I would also recommend Strattons and Partners if you think you might be interested in selling your house sometime in the next year or two. We took our time but having the photos and postings ready to go really put the control in our hands when we were ready to float our house on the market. They really don't put any pressure on you and if you were to change your mind they wouldn't hold it against you...it gave me such peace of mind to work that way!

Renting is great. Property management not so much.

We found a great place to rent through them with minimal effort. Emma and Enzo were great to help us out in finding and securing the perfect home for us. They were quick in responding to all our queries and made sure that we were taken care of when they were out of office. Property management after renting, however, is quite slow which is handled by their other branch. It could be improved to make things and communication easier between the tenant and the landlord. A few things were not checked properly and one of our appliances caught fire in the first few days which was life threatening. We haven't heard anything from property management even after filing a query into it. Great for renting, not so great for property management.

Had the absolute pleasure selling my flat with Alex from Stratton and Partners. I was no longer local to Bath so relied on Alex to do do literally everything. The flat had a water leak dripping in a pipe and Alex spent hours negotiating the housing estate politics to find the right person and a final solution. He even waited in to let for a boiler service technician into the flat taking hours from his schedule.. All I can say is without doubt without Alex the flat may have sold, but definitely would not have completed. He is a true gent and a credit to Bath and the estate Agency. Thanks Alex.
