GoogleDylan is outstanding! He helped us find the ideal house and drove the process through to completion (without being at all pushy). He was sympathetic to our needs and kept us fully informed on the progress of the sale. He helped with any potential sticking points and made everything go smoothly and efficiently. His manner is calm and helpful. This made what could have been a stressful experience much more relaxed, because we were confident that everything was going being undertaken thoroughly whilst progressing at top speed. I started my property search with Enzo who was extremely helpful from the start. After contacting over 80 agents in the london region, getting even one call back started to feel like an impossible task, however, Enzo went above and beyond to take the time to respond whenever I contacted him. We mainly spoke through WhatsApp message which was so much more convenient too rather than just trying to juggle telephone calls as well as work. We gave him all of our criteria and he actually provided properties that would suit our need, in the locations specified, rather than ones that were clearly out of budget just for an extra chunk of commission.My search went on to viewing a property where I was greeted by Maya. From the off Maya was extremely professional, very well presented and very attentive during the whole viewing. I was able to have a comfortable conversation with herself and let her know my concerns. She offered some very good advice too when it came to searching for new leases. I asked for a video of the property as I couldn’t view it with my partner and before I’d even got back to the station, she had contacted the office and arranged for Enzo to send this over. I also contacted Enzo out of hours, which to my surprise he responded and gave all the information I needed, so extra points there.I would highly recommend Maya and Enzo when using this estate agents for your next lease if you want someone proactive, friendly and someone that actually listens to your needs as a whole.

I spent a couple of weeks finding a property and Gemma was very helpful with my search. I would receive emails as soon as something came on the market and Gemma was happy to answer any questions I had in a professional and timely manner. I was also shown around a property by Gemma and she was polite, professional and patient as I did have a lot of questions etc. The stress of the search was undoubtedly made easier from Gemma’s work. Our lawyers were not amazing and regular communications with Alex (and also Alex chasing up many things on our behalf) helped us stay in front of everything and complete within a workable schedule. GoogleMy partner Dan & I highly recommend Strattons & Partners as the estate agent to list your property with. Alex was always friendly and punctual and in constant communication with us. The advert and brochure created were clearly well thought out and tailored to the property, we never felt like Strattons have a cookie cutter approach and the whole process felt bespoke to us. We were provided with detailed feedback from viewings and once we accepted and offer Alex went above and beyond to ensure both us and our buyer were aware of any complications throughout the chain. Alex took the time to understand our reasons for listing the property and with his intimate knowledge of the Bath area - as well as the unique circumstance of the market both here and beyond - also provided insights into properties we may be interested in purchasing.

Their advice to help us buy our dream home was invaluable and went very smoothly and quickly. They are both brilliant at communication, fast to respond to any query and kept on top of the chain. They both worked incredibly hard carrying out viewings for our house sale. We have moved a couple of times in the past few years and no other agents we have used compare to this team. Really amazing service from both Enzo and Emma. Enzo thought outside the box to find us a property when I was just about giving up, we have a dog and it's not easy, he sent us a property that was about to go on the market, and was consistently excellent at communicating with us through the process, an absolute pleasure, no cheesy sales tactics. Just honesty and integrity! Emma made time after hours to open the property up for us on a Thursday eve, I'm sure she had much better things to be doing but was really lovely and patient, even tho I was late (busses)!! She let me have a good look round and didn't rush me! If everyone who is employed by streets ahead is this fab id recommend it!!

From my initial booking to view a property, to then putting my house on the market with them and consequently completing the sale, the team has been fantastic.
