I must say, Katraielle Grant has been amazing. My Fiance and I needed a place to stay after our wedding. We found our ideal location on rightmove and immediately received a response about a viewing. Katraielle has helped us out immensely. It hasn't been a full week and here I am picking up the keys tomorrow. I have been informed and kept in the loop throughout the process.No complaints about the process.

Alex is always really easy to communicate with - always available and straight talking. He’s been a great help.

GoogleBoth Alex and Dylan were brilliant during the purchase our first house and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering moving. Whilst we weren't able to find a match for me, he was prompt in replying to my messages, proactive in contacting me about new properties coming onto the market and flexible in showing me a number of places to narrow my search. I'd recommend working with him and would be happy to work with him again when I need an agent again.

The whole team progressed us along very quickly which we're grateful for. Especially Gavin Gordon from the Croydon branch who was very helpful and transparent through the whole letting process; always happy to chat and go through things which made the whole process easier for us. He was very amiable and we felt confident in his ability to handle our letting.There were a few negative points which include not being told some info (e.g. car parking bay) on the day of move in but nothing major. Overall good service

My husband died whilst we were due to move. I asked for the sale to be stopped to which legally I couldn’t as we had exchanged contracts. I arrived home on the Monday after my husband passing on the Sunday, to receive the biggest bouquet of flowers from SA. With a very kind note if we can doing anything please ask. A few days later I then received a WhatsApp message from one of their senior managers “ Are you still selling, can we find you another property?”I then received a phone call asking me to pay my invoice. I questioned what for.... to be told we have sold your house for you, if have chose not to move not our problem. I offered to pay £1,500.00 of the £9,200 commission they were charging as a gesture of good will. This was refused. My husband was laid to rest the first week of June. I received an email the next day requesting the invoice was settled otherwise this would need to be passed to the credit agencies. My son made contact with Manager and asked why he would bully a woman who still had not moved out of the house and was grieving for her husband.I have now moved out of the house and SA have been paid in full. I would never ever use them again. They are complete wide boys in flash cars, fake smiles and false relations. They were aware my husband sick during the selling process. They have no empathy or feelings. The ironic thing every time I spoke to Manager his statement was “ I really liked your husband”. They would never have treated me this way had he been alive, they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope this scenario never happens to them.STAY AWAY ABSOLUTE WOLVES !!!!

The viewing I had in Purley was fine, but the property itself was completely mis-sold. The ad said "10 new refurbished flats", what is really was was a tiny, messy flat that had been let out for over a year since being "refurbished" and there were notes all over the hallway from other tenants complaining on noises and being charged by the management company when one flat doesn't empty their bins correctly.I then had a phone call from another of their agents asking me to put an offer in for a property I hadn't even seen. Her response was 'yeah but it's dead nice and it's gonna go really quickly so I advise you put in an offer'.After the viewing, they would not stop contacting me with other, irrelevant properties. I unsubscribed 3 times and blocked their number and they just kept emailing. Eventually I said I would take legal action as it was a GDPR violation which stopped them for a few weeks before the emails started again. So now I'm having to do a cease and desist...
