Didn’t end up renting from them as I found a property that was more suitable but the actual experience with them was my favourite among letting agents. Looking for a property can be stressful but the letting agent (Lex was his name) made the whole experience light and enjoyable which was a welcome change from the rest.

GoogleWe needed to sell my family home after the death of my sister. Having only ever bought our current home, due to living in service houses most of our married lives, the prospect was quite daunting. It was especially difficult as the property was badly run down and we really didn't know where to start. We had to get three valuations for probate, Alex from Strattons provided a similar guide price to the other two, however he immediately put us at ease, explained the best options and provided us with not only the valuation but ongoing support through what turned out to be the lengthy process of probate. He was always at the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble, he always had an answer to any problem. He was also sympathetic to the fact that there was an emotional attachment, as this was a property which had been in the family for over 70 years . We really highly recommend Strattons and Partners and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose Glen and Fiona Symes
