GoogleEarlier this year we were due to sell our flat in London and move to Bath. We had agreed a sale privately and had put in an offer on our dream place. And then the virus came along... we lost our buyer and we were about to lose our dream home. We were advised to speak to Alex to see if he could help, which turned out to be a brilliant decision. Within 6 weeks we had resold the flat and somehow managed to maintain the upward chain. This would not have been possible if it wasn't for Alex. He was proactive, always available, checked in with us every day, was great to deal with and gave advice above and beyond what we would expect for the money we were paying. If I were to be involved with buying or selling any property again in the future I would want it to be done through Alex. If I could give zero stars, I would. No replies to emails. No-one answers the phone irrespective of which extension chosen. Breach of contract several times. And all despite receiving thousands in fees. Shockingly bad service.

Poor service had to chase constantly only returned calls after numerous calls and left messages to finally hear back !!Put offer on house never had the decency to come back to see if we wanted to increase offer !Discovered unsuccessful when looked on line to show under offer ,Hope never need to use don’t feel that they have the buyer or sellers interests at heart,Let’s hope they don’t have the next property we want to put a offer on !

GoogleI recently sold my property in Bath with Strattons and Partners, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My property was listed within a day of instruction, and I received an asking price offer within just one week of marketing. They were always on hand to answer and questions I had during the conveyancing process, making the whole process a lot smoother. They initially won me over with their professionalism, property knowledge and enthusiasm however, their customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend giving Dana and Alex a call if you are looking to sell your home.

GoogleEstate Agents seemed to have had some bad press over recent years. The belief that they picture a house, show them around and that’s it, their fee is earned. I can honestly say that is most certainly not the case! Alex and Dana have been truly amazing at every turn during what has been the most stressful time. Moving house these days can be extremely challenging. Stratton and Partners not only sold my house to the the first viewer, they had identified likely purchasers too. Alex and Dana had to act as mentor, counsellor, pacifier to all in the chain which was above and beyond my expectations. I am left safe in the knowledge that they deserve every penny of their fee. I have no doubt they are the winning team with the right approach to become Bath’s go to agent. I will certainly be recommending them!
