He acknowledged me and my children He was particularly conscious about where I parked for instance so I don't get a ticket from the warden on the day of the viewing and I really appreciated his care.Furthermore, he advised of other properties I could view as I did not really like the one he showed me.He called and emailed to advise of a new property that would interest me.I was happy with his service.

GoogleAt what has been a difficult time as the family home needed to be sold to pay for care costs, Strattons as a business,and especially Dylan who has been dealing with the sale, have been sympathetic,professional and motivated....the sale proceeded quickly, smoothly and importantly for me communication was great. I cant speak highly enough of them. Unreservedly recommended!

GoogleStratton and Partners are an amazing estate agency. It was our first time purchasing a home, and both Dylan and Alex helped guide us through the process the entire way to our dream home. They have a vast knowledge of homes and the local areas and really worked with us to find our perfect home. They got back to us quickly whenever we had a query and helped resolve any issues that might have come up. Dylan was very kind and always took the time to explain how everything works and what the next steps were during the purchasing process. He was diligent about staying on top of our chain and keeping us informed at all times. We cannot thank them enough and we highly recommend them to everyone.

Firstly I would like to say Illianna was amazing, professionally really understanding in my journey…but I can’t say the same for her team. I picked up keys from the office today, for my “first property” & had a really poor reception from the lower addiscombe team. 2 out of 3 staff, didn’t even congratulate me (1 did, but felt forced) Would not use them again, left feeling really confused & not excited at all!

Alex was the lead on our sale and was proactive in communicating and also chasing up in the chain when relevant. GoogleNot been back to this agent or seeked their advice after wanting some information four years ago and only a year ago the same reaction, all I got was abuse on the phone from Alex the director. And an email about police being called all over a general enquiry. After coming across the guy over 10years ago, thought was helpful, and genuine, but guess was all an act for selling the home. They are not to be trusted any of them in the business and glad not to deal with Stratton & Partners. I have Two houses and will make it a third without any of their help. Disgraceful service and professionalism. I have moved on with my life and do not need them. I’m glad they are happy in the way they do business.

GoogleI can highly recommend Strattons. Alex and Dylan were really professional and supportive through the whole process. I particularly liked the WhatsApp group we had so I could get quick responses to any questions I had or updates on viewings. It was so good to use an independent agent with huge local knowledge and flexibility.
We love being recommended to help friends and family. Where you live is lovely - and local knowledge certainly goes a long way in agency...

GoogleWe couldn't recommend Stratton & Partners highly enough, and have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in Bath and the surrounding areas. With Dylan and Alex you are in the best possible hands. Their personal and friendly approach, vast knowledge and experience is 2nd to none in the Bath residential market. Dylan managed the whole process for us and even organised a block booking of over 20 prospective buyers only a few days after putting our house on the market. Dylan exceeded our expectation in terms of the sale price and provided expert support to complete the sale with solicitors and our buyer.
