Absolute joke

Absolute joke, how on earth they are still operating is beyond me, have been trying to do a mutual exchange since august and has been delayed time and time again by these cowboys, was supposed to swap this weekend but these muppets failed to inform the other housing association

Worst housing association in england

This is quite possibly the worst housing association in england by far,the majority of staff dont care so there managment infastructure must be a joke, what are they actually managing again? Want a nice stress free experience? Your better off running a mile from this one!

First time living independently

This is my First time living independently was overwhelmed by everything that needed Sorting. Very thankful for the guidance i received from my housing coach. Was encouraging having someone there to help with the process and made it feel less scary. I enjoyed the phone sessions because I felt more confident remembering and learning what to do in situations and how to get help if needed also the lady was so friendly. I'm amazed to hear about all the different services orbit provide to encourage and help their tenants.
