GoogleA straight forward vetting process and I was in the property. We had very few issues with the property but when we did these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would happily use them again should I find myself in a similar situation.

GoogleCaroline and Marion at the Royston office have looked after my flat there for several years very efficiently, especially as there have been more than an average number of problems. They always contact me as requested and sort out problems quickly.

GoogleSt Andrew's Bureau have been managing my property for over 20 years. They have been extremely efficient, have found me responsible and reliable tenants and have worked well with me to deal with occasional problems or maintenance issues. Definitely recommend!

GoogleThey often late for viewings/or they try to cancel it 15 minutes before the viewing and they provide incorrect information over the phone about properties. Probably it's "normal" for some letting agencies but it's very unprofessional.
