We appointed RAH to act as our Selling Agents on a property on behalf of our in laws. The property was in a good location but in need of some TLC. The Valuation RAH gave was realistic and the marketing of the property fast and professional. We received 2 offers from different buyers in the first two weeks… and we accepted the 2nd of these. The service we received from RAH was first class through out, Professional, Efficient and friendly. All the team at RAh appear to have a genuine interest and concern in supporting us through the Sale process, which due to the condition of the property and cultural differences with our buyers had some challenges. However, the valuable, sound and calm advice from the team at RAH helped tremendously and got us to where we wanted to be. We would highly recommend them

We were very pleased with the excellent service we received from the team at RAH from the first meeting with Steve Wells to receiving the keys from Drew Carolan a week ago. Steve's valuation was spot on (we are very pleased with the price we achieved), the marketing photographs were really superb and the vetting of the buyers very reassuring and helpful to our decision making. Drew found our new home for us and it's to him we owe many thanks for drawing it to our attention. Jane Bailey regularly kept us informed of progress. The whole process from putting our house on the market to offers being agreed on both houses only took about three weeks. We would strongly recommend RAH to anyone selling their home or looking to move in/to the area.

Property managers at the Cambridge office were slow to respond to us and incompetent throughout our tenancy. We had numerous issues with our house including a broken boiler during a cost of living crisis and freezing winter in which we sent constant emails and only received a reply when we threatened to take legal action. Throughout the whole year, there was a constant lack of communication from Redmayne Arnold & Harris. Finally, when it came to our deposit, they tried to charge us extra money to which we disputed and eventually reduced some of the charges.

By far the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. For two years I was a tenant in a flat they managed. During this time, they endangered my citizenship application by taking more than 6 months to produce a rental agreement, which meant I was unable to provide proof of address. The first two property managers were unresponsive and unhelpful despite repeated emails, calls and visits to their office. The agency regularly raised my rent until it became unaffordable (30% rent increase in 18 months). I know for a fact this was the agency encouraging the landlord to raise the rent, because before RAH took over, the landlord had been very reasonable. When I moved out, they tried to unfairly withhold my deposit, claiming I had left the flat dirty and damaged. I contested this through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, who immediately ruled in my favour as RAH were unable to produce any proof of their claims. They are unresponsive, incompetent, money-hungry and outright hostile at times. Early on, I sent a letter of complaint to the company directors. Their response essentially said that this was the level of service they provide to all their customers so I would just have to live with it. Renting from RAH was an unbelievably frustrating and stressful experience, which I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I would advise all tenants to stay well away from this agency.
