If I could rate this agency with zero stars I would definitely do that. This is the worst estate agency we were renting a property ever from. I can agree with the comments about the unprofessional, arrogant and rude estate agent mentioned in the other comments below. We reported that to the line manager but nothing has changed. The agency wanted to deduct £200 from our deposit in terms of cleaning after moving out. We have left the property in much better condition than they handed it over to us. Luckily we had the photos after moving in and when we moved out, so we provided the evidence and opened the DPS dispute case against the agency which at the end resulted in refunding our deposit in full. My recommendation is to avoid this agency.

Great experience through RAH as a landlord. Hannah is very professional and helpful, ensuring tenancy changes are handled with the minimum of stress. Crucially ensuring that I am kept up to date regularly with key areas. Used as a let only service so can't comment on the experience for managed services but if it's along the same vein I'd certainly consider using them for this also in the future.

I rented through Redmayne Arnold & Harris for about four year. This is a company that has poor (to be polite) costumer service for renters. I moved into a property which had bad carpeting and the landlord wanted to change the carpet as well. Yet, they charged me for it. They are dishonest. If there is any issue they are trying to make you pay for it after the lease. Whenever we had repairs that had to be done. They would not be responsive. We ounce waited for four months for a repair. Yet this year as we were moving out. They tried to charge us for repairers problem which exited before I move in. Just know that Redmayne Arnold & Harris means screwing over renters. As we were moving out; our new born was in intensive care. I tried to talk to them about how it has effected sure to leave the property in a way that they would like. They could care less about you if you are a renter and will look to screw you over. If you are thinking of renting from “Redmayne Arnold & Harris”, don’t. They don’t care for renters. They will not give you good services. Then when you leave will look for any opportunity to screw you and your family. Protect you and your family don’t rent with Redmayne Arnold & Harris.

Extremely disappointing service

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Redmayne, Alnold and Harris. Their communication was abysmal; we were often left in the dark about important updates regarding our property. They arranged viewings without informing us, causing significant inconvenience. The final straw was when they inexplicably removed our property from the market without it being let agreed. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone at all!

I rented a property through RAH for over a year around 2023, after which RAH attempted to illegally withhold my deposit. After making it very clear that my tenancy had ended, RAH refused to return my deposit 'until the new tenant in my room had paid their share of the deposit'. Since this took some time, RAH began insisting that I was still a tenant at the property, all the while accepting rent from the new tenant. When I threatened them with legal action and exposure, they agreed to pay up. I would recommend that prospective tenants read the negative Google reviews before signing any contracts; they give a good indication of what you might have to deal with.
