GoogleRadcliffe and Rust, and more specifically Kaitlin and Helen, have been fantastic in helping us first obtain and then renew our tenancy. We have been so impressed with their dedication, professionalism and communication. They have gone above and beyond for us, and we would highly recommend them!

Google2 stars is being generous; We had an appointment 5SEPT at 1pm. We arrived and nobody was present for the viewing so called the office to see where the agent was. Was informed she would be 10 minutes late. Fine we waited and upon her arrival she didn't even apologise or even say, "hello, my name is ----." Who knows. We completely understand traffic but that's why we left at a timely manner to ensure we were a few minutes early. She arrived at 13:20 so 20 minutes late for the appointment and couldn't even give an apology or proper introduction which we find rude and unprofessional. Thank you for the gentleman whom picked up the phone to let us know she would be late but whomever the female realtor was; she should have been a bit more considerate. A simple sorry for the wait or something and my name is ----. I'll be showing you the property. Unfortunately we weren't lucky and honestly have been put off by having another viewing.NegativeProfessionalism
