Where do I start? Moved into a rented property that was 'professionally cleaned'. Well it wasn't. After 2days in the property my dog had fleas and you could physically see them I the carpet along with black dog hair (my dog is white). Photos sent to to Pocock and received hostility.

I had very bad experience when closing the rental deposit from pocock and shaw. Their claim is just unacceptable and basically they need another month s rent . Very disappointed.

GoogleWorst agency experience ever. Very slow and rude, had to go with a different one(thelettingagency) just because of this. Took them a week just to reply back , by that time I already rented (with all the checking) and moved to a different place.
