Excellent service from Pocock & Shaw. The property was valued within a couple of days of my request and on the market with a full set up photos and even a video tour within 2 or 3 days of the valuation. They helped me thorough some 'interesting' times when the Seller's market at the start of the process suddenly changing to a Buyer's market in a matter of a couple of months. Supported well with advise and pricing during this dramatic change in the market. Plenty of support in knowing how to respond to the issues highlighted in the buyer's survey. It would certainly use them again

I have been thoroughly looked after during our tenancy with Pocock and shaw. I would recommend them for any new tenant. They were always quick to respond to queries or problems if we had any. If the landlord didn’t want to sell the house we would still be there as we enjoyed the house and it was fairly priced all the way through our tenancy.

Poor Communication and Significant Deposit Return Delay - Avoid If Possible

I was a tenant in a property managed by Pocock & Shaw (Ely office). My tenancy ended on 11th April 2025 after the landlord served a Section 21 notice. While the eviction itself was stressful, my main issue and reason for this poor review is the handling of the end-of-tenancy administration, specifically the deposit return.
