Outstanding! For me, an absolute example of how an estate agent should be in our “the computer says NO” new world. Professional throughout, their team is knowledgeable, friendly and they make you feel they care and are on your side when you sell a property. I know this is how agents should be but judging by my terrible experience with Cook Curtis & Co last year, the difference is night and day. Lovely marketing from Cook Curtis but they couldn’t sell my property in almost 6 months and continually gave me the wrong advice. I instructed Pocock this year and the property was sold in less than 2 months for a lot more than Cook Curtis’ unsuccessful attempts. I don’t think it was luck and I wouldn’t think twice about instructing Pocock again. My advice is simple: avoid Cook Curtis & Co and, at least, shortlist Pocock & Shaw in your search.

Made a complaint immediately after picking up the keys and it's still not been rectified after nearly 2 weeks. Piers says he's dealing with it as a matter of urgency, so Christ knows how long it would take to deal with something not life threatening?

I used Pocock and Shaw to sell my house in the Riverside area of Cambridge (June 2019) after getting proposals from 4 other agents, and In spite of electing to go with a top of the market price they achieved more for me. Their marketing of the house was fantastic, coming out to take extra photos in different lights and were meticulous with the details. They showed a stream of potential buyers round for me and were very flexible to work with. Kevin Burt Gray handled the sale and negotiations very thoughtfully and with great tact. Nothing was too much trouble, and communications were excellent all through. Highly recommend them and delighted I chose them.
