Our letting is managed by Amelia, who ensured that our move went smoothly. She is efficient, friendly, transparent about fees etc. and has so far always helped us with any problems.

GoogleWe are renting with Martin & Co and we are happy with them. We had some issues in the property but they were always understanding and nice with us and with the situation. One of the situations, was a leak just before our holidays. Amelia, the agent, solved the problem very fast and nice.

Many thanks for communication via emails and confirmation emails with property details before viewing. Unfortunately landlord didn't select me as a tenant, but anyway the process and organisation are really great.
