GoogleJust awaiting the first tenant provided by Matt and Waisum at Martins: they found the tenant quickly, tidied up the property and so far their service has been 1000% better and more personal than a certain other double barrelled Cambridge letting agent.

I have been a landlord with Martin & Co for many years. Right from the start they were extremely helpful and efficient. Even when I moved abroad and subsequently sold the property they managed everything. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Excellent.
