GoogleI highly recommend the services of Hockeys Estate Agents, they a very responsive and professional team with excellent local knowledge. Our property had previously been on the market for 8 months with 1 viewing, we listed with Hockeys and had 7 viewings and an offer accepted in just over a week (just wish I had of chosen them sooner and not gone for the cheap option). I honestly couldn't fault the services they provided, and my queries were always responded to by phone or email within a matter of hours. Thank you Hockeys!

GoogleThe experience we've had with this estate agent is the worst I've experienced so far. I don't usually leave reviews even when having bad experiences but this one deserves it. We've arrived at a viewing for a house sale a few minutes before our time slot and waited for the agent to arrive to show us around. The agent was late to the viewing, and gave a poor excuse "it's one of those mornings". We thought ok, it happens. Ouside the property there was another lady who said she'd viewed the property before and forgot her sunglasses so she was there to pick them up. We thought ok, it'll be quick in/out for her. But it was far from it. Not only the estate agent let us both enter the property at the same time (while we're in the middle of a pandemic), the lady who was supposed to pick her glasses started going around the garden and the property and having a look at the property again. Then she started asking the estate agent questions about the property. We in the meantime went around the house on our own with no word from the estate agent because she was too busy talking to the other person. WE found the singlasses of that lady and told her to come pick them up from upstairs. She took her time and made sure to go around the bedrooms to have a look at, while talking to the estate agent who was supposed to show US around. It was clear the sunglasses was just a pretend to have a second viewing for the property during our time slot. The estate agent was more interested in talking to that lady than telling us anything about the property even though it was our viewing slot. Great way to sell a property. I have never experienced unprofessionalism to this extent and I hope no one else goes through somethig similar. This is not how you sell a house. GoogleUnprofessional, corner-cutting, cowboys. I sold a two bedroom semi with these guys. Massive mistake. Didn't seem to be much interest. Found out later that they'd been turning buyers away without telling me, to protect their commission. Really unimpressed. They cost me a lot of time and money. Worst estate agents I've ever sold through

We are disappointed to state that this review has been fraudulently placed by a disgruntled buyer who is falsely posing as the seller. This has been confirmed by the seller who we acted for. We have made google aware and are requesting that this review is removed.

GoogleWe just bought a new house and sold our previous through Hockey's with both the purchase and sale going through them as our seller also chose to use them. They made what can be a very stressful and fraught experience much more pleasant and manageable. They were very supportive and helpful in selling our house, and managed a somewhat bumpy environment around the process of the sale and purchase in the current climate in a very smooth and professional manner. We had originally sold with a different online based agent but had found their communication and local area support lacking for us and our then buyers, so found changing to Hockey's more than worthwhile.

GoogleHockeys, and Ellis in particular seemed to be the only motive force pushing solicitors etc. to actually finish the sale. Very happy with the whole selling experience. Great videos and listing, quickly sold well above asking price. Only slight negative note was that the original valuation was very low, but they were happy to raise to my preferred figure and then multiple buyers exceeded this too!
