GoogleNot being from the area, and finding I had a house to sell in Waterbeach after a sudden family bereavement, I spoke to 3 local Estate agents about selling the property . After speaking to Liam at the Cambridge branch,I decided immediately to trust Hockeys with the sale. Liam just seemed more interested than the other firms,had excellent knowledge of the local market and showed far more empathy In what was a difficult time. The quality of the marketing was superb and the interest it generated was simply staggering! The sale was handled by Philip Dickinson who is the star of the show ! Communication is key in this business and he always kept me fully appraised on all aspects of the sale , whilst also making time to discuss the trials and tribulations of our mutual football team Newcastle United ! It wasn't the easiest of sales to get through as we had a few unexpected hurdles but was handled with care and professionalism throughout. Thanks again Philip.

GoogleWe have recently our first house with the help of Philip Dickinson at Hockeys. We have used others agencies in the past and the experience has always been lacklustre so we were worried about the purchase process. Fortunately we had not to worry as Philip could not have been more helpful, patient and responsive.
