Absolute first class service through out, from start to finish. From initial enquiries and viewing of properties, all the way through to completion. Great communication via email & phone, quick responses. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Hockeys and I can 100% say that Ben first time round was excellent and Ellis second time round equally as excellent. The knowledge they have is second to none, they are an extremely friendly bunch, very accommodating to additional viewing, questions, calls & emails. I would highly recommend them. 5*

Philip did an amazing job during the whole purchase process. The fact that I was losing the opportunity to get the stamp duty holiday discount made things a bit tense, and there were discussions with the seller through Philip, but Philip handled all these discussions and the rest of the process with patience and a positive attitude all the time. Philip also did a great job in making my life easy by being in touch with my Solicitor, the Seller and Solicitors further up on the chain. We had Liam over for a property valuation some time ago and even though we didn't decide to market our house back then and he didn't try to pressure us into selling like other companies. That's the reason why we decided to go with Hockeys when we actually had to put it on the market a year later. During the viewings period they were in contact with us quite often giving us feedback about the viewings. We also bought our next home through them. As a buyer, I also had a great experience with them, as opposed to other estate agents that operated under the philosphy of "buyers are not our customers". We had an appoint at 5pm Friday in Cambridge. My husband departure at 3:20 from London, the traffic was very badly on Friday afternoon (normally we only needs 1:15h to arrive Cambridge). Before 6 miles we arrived, the agent cancelled our viewing because the vendor accepted other offer. The agent doesn’t respected our time. I called them and they said we can go to view again even though it has been sold! But my husband has heading back to London already, it was no sense to bid the property after it has been sold. In the end, the manager offered us 30 pounds for fuel and showed their apologies. I hope the agent can deal the case better in the future to respect all the potential buyers.

Useless, unable to organise viewings. Two prospective buyers turn up for 9am appointment with owner hanging out of window saying the appointments were all cancelled a few days before. The other people viewing had received a confirmation message in the morning and we received ours yesterday. The team in Cambridge are not replying and appear arrogant when it is suggested they need to improve. I would not sell using Hockeys

Definitely the best experience I've had with any estate agents! I had some nightmares with various estate agents as a renter so I was nervous about dealing with them when purchasing a house. Thankfully this was a totally different experience. From the very first phone call everyone at Hockeys was absolutely delightful. The online system for booking appointments worked well. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly. The staff were polite and courteous. Very impressed!
