GoogleWe sold our house through Hockey’s Cambridge. Liam dealt with our sale and handled the whole process in a smooth and professional manner. From the initial contact, advising on a realistic price and handling viewings to our sale, communications were excellent all the way through and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI highly recommend the services of Hockeys Estate Agents, they a very responsive and professional team with excellent local knowledge. Our property had previously been on the market for 8 months with 1 viewing, we listed with Hockeys and had 7 viewings and an offer accepted in just over a week (just wish I had of chosen them sooner and not gone for the cheap option). I honestly couldn't fault the services they provided, and my queries were always responded to by phone or email within a matter of hours. Thank you Hockeys!

GoogleHockeys, and Ellis in particular seemed to be the only motive force pushing solicitors etc. to actually finish the sale. Very happy with the whole selling experience. Great videos and listing, quickly sold well above asking price. Only slight negative note was that the original valuation was very low, but they were happy to raise to my preferred figure and then multiple buyers exceeded this too!

GoogleEveryone at Hockeys was extremely helpful and negotiated a buyer for our house in record time. During the difficult months whilst we were trying to get our purchase through (via another agent), Hockeys were the only people who actively pursued solicitors and the other agent, and the only ones to actually communicate with us. I was very grateful for their consistent support and assistance, as trying to communicate with all other parties was intensely frustrating. Hockeys were great - highly recommend for a personal, practical service.

GoogleHockeys sold our house within 3 weeks, at the asking price. The team followed up with us at each stage of the process and actively smoothed out any bumps along the way. I should mention that we were relocating, as were our buyers. So having a service you could trust, and you knew was working on you behalf, allowed us to focus on the future in our new location. Hokeys are an easy recommendation to make. !
