I received a text message notification from Hill five minutes before my Appointment, letting me know the engineer was almost at my property. Upon arrival, my engineer Simon Cowdrey was very professional and he removed his shoes immediately before entering my property. Simon asked me questions about my property, and proceeded with the repair without delay. He was very professional with regards to his approach and provided me with the details of the team I should contact should I have any further questions. Despite assurances and the trust placed in them, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.One glaring issue that highlights the lack of attention to detail and disregard for quality is the absence of a carbon filter in the cooker hood. This oversight is not only a breach of trust but also a significant inconvenience. It's inconceivable that such a basic component would be overlooked, especially considering the implications for air quality and safety in the kitchen.Furthermore, my attempts to address this matter with Hill Developers have been met with indifference and a reluctance to take responsibility. He outlined the forthcoming procedure, indicating his return to paint the door, and set clear expectations for the next visit. Specifically, he mentioned that the painting would require a full day's work and advised me to prepare accordingly. I'm now awaiting a call from Hill to schedule the painting appointment.
