I would like to say a big thank you to Mike Lewis.I encountered noisy pipes in two situations:- running the floor heating and radiators- using the sink in the bathroomIn the two separate inspections of the noisy pipes, many holes were drilled on the ceiling and I was devastated. No one was able to find the cause of the problems except Mike. He was the only one to locate the fault. Mike was a star for saving me to suffer from more unnecessary stress. He also helped me to make good of the ceiling at both times. Mike was skillful and conscientious. Highly recommended .

A huge thank you to Alan Deadman.My patio door had developed a fault and would not lock. I called the support line and Alan arrived just a few hours later.Alan was courteous and considerate. Advised me along the way as to what he was doing to remedy the issue. He searched multiple sources for the part and was able to locate one and fix the fault within no time at all. Alan spoke about how he used to work in the hotel industry and I think it stood out in his character. A great example of customer care.

I have been dealing with Sarah Key who has been coordinating the many services that had to return to the new apt to complete final snagging. It has been a large cast to logistically organise, but Sarah has been on the ball with making promises, setting deadlines and keeping them and informing me throughout the process. She is always pleasant and positive in our phone conversations and I trust her to get things done promptly - which is worth its weight in gold in this industry. Excellent work!

We recently bought a 3 bed new build in the Timberworks development in Cambridge. Having never bought a new build before, I was a little apprehensive but theteam from Hill have been exceptional throughout. Chloe and Antonia were so helpful and communicative throughout the buying process and even since, have checked in multiple times to keep abreast of how we’re settling in. Lynsey from after sales support has also been amazing - making sure any little niggle (there weren’t many!) was very quickly resolved. The house itself is beautiful, very well built and we can’t wait to start our family in a Hill home!!

Please stay away from this builder. I'm living my worse nightmare after spending all my saying and lifetime mortgage. A brand new flat, that has more problem than a century old abandoned house! Everything was wrong, from floor, to ceiling. During the first 2 years a had 50 people over hundreds of appointment trying to rectify the issues. Now the latest, a very bad water leaking, in a brand new flat, and obviously being outside the 2 years warranty Hill wash their hands as well Swan the developer. Please don't fall in my situation and go for different option, anything would be better than the quality provided from Hill! I would love to share pictures as wards can't describe it!
