Day 2 of support from Peter Miller and Michael Chapman - nothing short of 5 stars, if I could give 6 I would! These two gents are machines and worked continuously without distraction. They worked on larger snags this time, one being crawling all around the Amtico cutting and clearing out the mastic ahead of re-mastic tasking. Despite being a rather rubbish and knee & back aching task, neither of them complaint and completed the work with a smile. Truly professional attitudes which Hill should recognise as Gold Standard. Thanks again gents! It was a pleasure having you in the house again.

Today I was assisted by one of your repair team members called Graham. He was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. He arrived on time of the appointment and straight away located the issue and got straight to work. Once finished he cleaned up after himself and helped move back the furniture. The repair was carried out amazingly well as if there wasn’t any damage there to begin with. Definitely a 5 star review from me and definitely will recommend this company an Graham again to anyone

Peter Miller attended my property (Azalea Avenue) to resolve a snag relating to the kitchen sink (it had chemical erosion, likely from other trades during final stages of build). Working collaboratively with the Plumbing Technician, he successfully removed the old sink without damaging the surface tops and installed the new sink without fuss, despite it being a difficult install. Peter also observed that the prior install had errors (very little sealant and clips not installed!). These errors were not repeated and the sink installation is considered perfect. Peter also disposed of the old sink and kept the work area spotless. Fantastic professionalism from a superstar Operative!

Simon arrived promptly and with a smile for the scheduled appointment. We just needed a small bit of paint reapplying but he was very thorough in the preparation with masking tape and placing sheet on the floor. The job was done brilliantly, with an additional touch-up when the light changed! We’ve become somewhat accustomed to a great service from Hill and this was yet another great experience.

TrustpilotShoddy Workmanship and Subpar Quality: A Nightmare in New Construction
I'm extremely disappointed with the construction quality of my flat. It’s clear that the job was rushed, using subpar materials and unqualified builders. A new building should not have these ongoing issues, severe piping problems, continuous leaks, and overall poor workmanship.The materials used are of very low quality, and the standards are even worse. What’s more frustrating is that no one seems to care or offer any real help. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and well-constructed home.

What fantastic spec houses this company builds. Coming from a new build to then this one has just been a massive upgrade for my family. But the added magic the experience was the after sales team I would like to give a special mention to particular individuals which are Laura who done the hand over and Kish who is site manager where my home is now. They have both gone above and beyond to sort and issues weather small or big and really made our new house a home. I would highly recommend this developer in the future.
