The customer experience executive Laura provided by Hill was superb.I felt like walking in person with them even though I was communicating through a video call. Through a video call, they provided a detailed explanation of the apartment's features and functionality, and the site manager Mihai J was incredibly kind and patient in explaining how to use each appliance. They even helped me snag the new flat with a detailed report to reference, which was incredibly helpful.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of attention to detail and personalized service that Hill provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in Cambridge. Thank you to the Hill team for making my move a smooth and stress-free experience!

Mr. Simon Cowdrey came to my flat 211 Turing Way on 19th and 20th Dec to fix the walls in my bedroom and the shower title due to a mold issue. He did an excellent job. He kept me updated with what he was doing through the day which I appreciate. He is very courteous. If I ever need another repair in my flat, I would prefer to have him.

Today I was impressed by James Appleby's work performance and thank you so much for his great job. James came to my new built house in Timber Works, Cambridge to do the repair work orders. His attention to details & craftsmanship is awesome and I am so grateful to have him to do the job for me. He is very friendly and patient with professional work skills and knowledge. I really appreciate his quality work as well as his nice & wonderful work manner.
