GoogleI have had multiple applications with Carter Jonas. They were unwilling to arrange a viewing time, & pressured into securing a deposit without a viewing.Followed by a suspiciously prompt response, “the tenants are happy to proceed with other applicants”

GoogleI would give 0 stars if it was possible. They don’t have emergency phone line. You need to call their regular number which is not answered out of business hours. In case you lost your keys, or something wrong with the boiler, etc., good luck! Never ever rent a property via CJ. You will be on your own otherwise…

TrustpilotDo not rent through these people - South Kensington office
Absolutely diabolical service. After signing the letting agreement for my student son a property manager was appointed who was nothing to do with Carter Jonas. We have been privy to so much email traffic with the 2 agents unable to agree who had responsibility for what. I’m yet to be convinced we will see our deposit returned and a the reference my son will need for his next flat. Please avoid these people as it is an incredibly stressful experience. I’m staggered with the lack of professionalism on display. I’ve made sure I’m telling my friends and colleagues about my experience.
