GoogleVery bad experience!!! Avoid if you can! After the house viewing, we sent them an application form, and then they asked us to prepared and upload all the documents for references, but ONE WEEK later, they called and told us the landlord won't proceed our application. If the landlord did not accept our offer, why did you ask us to submit all the personal documents!!! And we waited, waited, and the result turned out to be refusal with no reason!!!

GoogleIf you are selling a property in Cambridge, I would HIGHLY recommend you do it through Bush. Over the last two years I have dealt with several estate agents. My house was a tricky one to sell for various reasons, and I was dealing with various estate agents. I learnt A LOT in that time. In my opinion Bush are the most trustworthy agent in Cambridge. They may not give you the highest sales price on valuation, but they give you an achievable one. And their fees are very reasonable. They have always been responsive for me and were very professional when I was occasionally a difficult vendor for them. Probably the best estate agent in Cambridge?

GoogleFor 8 years Bush Lettings and Sales have provided a consistently generous and comprehensive support level of support to us. We initially turned to them for guidance on market prices and when we became landlords, they were our preferred choice of Cambridge letting agent. We have now had two change-of-tenants with them and they have over-delivered on both occasions. GoogleBush Sales are a fantastic estate agent with a great deal of local knowledge. The sale of our house was rather tricky with Brexit nervousness but they gave good advice and stuck with us throughout the whole process. Mark, who was responsible for the sale, was particularly helpful. I have highly recommended them to friends who are still in Cambridge and to anyone else selling a house in the area.

GoogleGood support with quick response and team that really tried to facilitate as much as possible the buying process. A good example was Mark that volunteered to collect the signed exchange documentation since due to special circumstances at the time I could not bring the signed documentation to my solicitor.
