GoogleThis is the second time I have bought from Bush, and also sold my property through them this time too. They have been brilliant at every step of both the purchase and sale, even when things were complicated by slow solicitors and chains. Everyone in the office has been helpful and friendly, and they truly are experts in the Cambridge area. Hopefully we don't need to use them for a while as we have just moved, but they would be my only choice if we did need an estate agent.

GoogleBush we’re an absolute pleasure to work with. The estate agents are superb at what they do and made the process run quickly and smoothly. Mark abbot, the agent that dealt with our sale was very communicative, he updated us frequently and handled all circling issues on his own accord. They are all very kind and worked incredibly hard to help sell our house. Would highly recommend them. My daughter said “Mark you are a legend!”

GoogleAndrew, Mark and Poppie at Bush have been in selling my property. Unlike most other estate agents I have found them to be completely trustworthy, patient and to give superb service throughout. They have always answered my telephone calls and dealt with queries quickly, as well as being superb in dealing with sales negotiations and solicitors. They don't tie you in to a long agreement and wok on trust. The other estate agents Cambridge simply don't come close and I would only recommend Bush. Martin, from Trumpington

Paul’s initial valuation was well thought out, gave us realistic expectations, and in the end made sure we got the right offer for our property, they were incidentally the highest valuation and the lowest percentage fee, win win! Aimee dealt with viewers and got us through the process of completing with support all the way through. Our property was marketed and sold within a week but the service continued until move in day. We would highly recommend Bush.

GoogleI felt decieved by Bush. They lead me to believe that they could sell my property inside a generous time limit and have failed to do so - either they didn't understand the market, or they just didn't care. They also failed in the minimal care involved in showing the property - they left the front door of an empty property partially unlocked, and left a light on in that property as it lay empty - probably for months. They ignored my request for them to call me to discuss these issues.

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Bush Sales, and Beth Kingsley did an excellent job for us. It was not easy to act as a mediator between different parties at various points, but she was always calm , helpful and polite, as were the others in the team who I dealt with. In the end, she managed to help us to get the sale to go through. For buying a property, I would recommend Bush Sales, especially as most of the competitors are unscrupulous.

GoogleI have been very happy with Bush Sales, Andrew Bush and Mark Abbott in particular, but all the staff have helped. The market over this Brexit winter has been understandably slow, with a lack of urgency among buyers and sellers: Bush have shown patience and tact in keeping their part of the chain together and everyone moving forward. They have given me what I think has been good advice at every stage; their local knowledge is genuine and invaluable.
