We purchased a new build through Bidwells and we were really happy with the service we received. Right from the beginning when we were initially looking for a property, through reservation and up until completion. Recently completed the sale of a flat in Cambridge which was handled by Bidwells. There were a few hurdles along the wavy but Ollie Rivers helped to overcome these with his patience, persistence and professionalism. We have associated with Bidwells for several decades.The house fell vacant in winter but MelJavis and Matt Kirkland were amazing and they quickly rallied round found new tenants and with all the repairs snd upkeep had the house ready for the new tenants who have now moved in.I would not trade Bidwells for another company with such dedicated people as Mel and Matt. GoogleI couldn't count how many lies i was told in just one day. At the end Michele who moved the appointment a few times in just one day, cancelled as i was waiting in front of the flat. She was reminded that I had to travel to Cambridge for the viewing and she carelessly told me that the next appointment is more important to her so she'll cancel on me. What an idiot she is!
Thank you for feedback regarding the viewing, we are of course always concerned to hear of unsatisfactory situations. We have looked into the day of your viewing and understand that the traffic was particularly bad this day. Whilst it is sometimes difficult to predict traffic, we have carried out some further training with our teams to deal with such situations.

We learned the hard way to value the dedication and professionalism of Ollie Rivers and colleagues at the Trumpington office, to whom we turned after receiving dreadful service from another local agent. It proved very difficult to find a buyer for our flat and then there were endless problems over cladding, ground rent and so on. Throughout all this Ollie remained positive, determined to secure a buyer and to complete the sale. We shall be endlessly grateful to him and we recommend him and Bidwells most highly.
