GoogleThese guys are really great. I rented a property with AG for 4 years. Every time there was an issue (which wasn't often) it was sorted very quickly. I have rented with one other Agency in Cambridge and the experience couldn't have been more opposite. I would highly recommend this agency.

GoogleProfessional service and overall positive experience. I had a couple of repair delays during the rental period (almost 3.5 years), but nothing major to complain about. My deposit was returned reasonably quickly as well.

GoogleLots of hidden fees in the contract, having to pay over £100 for them to return the deposit and check the room is a joke.

Hi Francesca, Sorry you feel the fees were not clear enough. We first outline the fees on the advert used online. This is to make everyone aware at the earliest opportunity possible. We then have the fees outlined in the tenancy agreement & additionally ask all tenants to sign a 'things you should know' document which again explains that there are some fee attached when renting with us. GoogleRented one of their properties for a year on a uni placement, very nice estate agents who always kept on top of issues with the house. The contract signing and leaving was very smooth with no hiccups, would highly recommend them and would rent from them again if I ever came back to Cambridge.

GoogleTerrible experience dealing with them. Would not use again! Not very honest either. Had to report to Advertising Standards Agency and I won. Their admin fee also comes with a exit fee so your paying £239 in fees in total not £125 like they told me. I'm never using them again.
