Shannon and I spoke regularly throughout the whole process, and it was reassuring to have someone so on the ball helping to make sure things went through. Her excellent service made me feel a little less on my own during a stressful time!

I have used Malcolm’s for many many years as an agent looking after my rental property and I can honestly say they have been amazing. I know Thomas, Daniel and Michael since 2017, they took accountability to manage and oversight first the letting of and then the sell of my house. I would like to emphasise their professionalism and knowledge of house market, their kindness availability in every moment, providing the right advice in the right moment, they identify one of the best tenant I would expect and also the best strategy and time to set the house on the market, with impeccable trust they identified best the buyer with the most suitable credentials for such important and delicate asset, one important step considering that there is no legal binding for buyer until contract is not exchanged (a process that routinely take time). Moreover I really appreciated their patience to explain all the processes since I did not have experience in this business.

GoogleWe have rented a property from them. After following instructions from the agent received via email about repainting the area where we were hanging pictures, the agent still has deducted a huge amount from our deposit. We have left the property super clean and immaculate state (cleaner than we've received it) and we've corrected the holes and repainted the area on the wall with the paint the agency required us to use. They were also threatening us when we gave notice during lockdown that they can't accept the notice and we can't move out. The agent sent us harassing email after the check out inventory and 2 days later sent another message to harass us. Please don't use them ever!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
