GoogleWe are in the process of buying and selling through Connells and they have been wonderful. The level of customer service from all members of the team is excellent. From the initial meeting with Rob, we have been made to feel welcome and valued and always kept up to date. The online account makes keeping track of viewings and the progress of the sale really easy. We have also used Connells mortgage advisor, Andy who has been very helpful in making sure we get the best deal possible. They had a waiting list of potential buyers so we sold for our asking price before the house was listed. They provided updates regularly and delivered on their promises. They were also extremely good at chasing the solicitors and handling communication up and down the chain.

GoogleTried to sell us a house which had a subsidence repair done couple of months ago without disclosing it. The sale of the house had fallen through earlier with connells being the estate agent then as well, and when asked about the reason he withheld material information regarding subsidence issue. In fact structural integrity certificate was obtained after we had viewed and made the offer. We got to know about the subsidence issue only through solicitors inquiries response days before we were supposed to exchange. Wasted 4 months and more than 1000£s on the process of valuation, searches and solicitor fees. Never came across such questionable conduct among professionals.
