Thank you so much to Robert and the team at Cambourne. You made our house move happen so smoothly and quickly, we cannot thank you enough! We originally had our house on the market with a different estate agent and with very few viewings we decided to take it off the market and switch to Connells. Robert recommend an open day to gain interest. We actually got more viewings booked in one open day, than the we had in the two months it was with the previous agent. One of the main attractions for us, of choosing Connells, is that they only have two agents to carry out the viewings. We never had the same estate agent twice, with the previous agent, so they never knew the house or how to sell it. Monica and Jack came round to do a pre-open day visit and do a walk through of the house and made extensive notes and asked lots of questions about our property and the area. The house we have purchased was also on with Connells, so we got to see how well Monica knew the houses prior to our open day. She knew the house inside out and there wasn’t a question we asked, she didn’t know the answer to. It was very comforting to know how good she was and how she could hopefully sell our house too. Pre-open day, Monica kept us informed of all the viewings booked and we were lucky enough to find a buyer and sold our house on the open day. Robert then took over, to see us through the house sale and was always quick at getting back to us and made the whole process at lot easier than we could have imagined. From liasing with the owners of the property we were buying to our buyer, he was always on top of where all our solicitors were up to and communicated quickly and efficiently to ensure the chain worked smoothly. We also used Andy at Connells as our mortgage broker. He was efficient and friendly and the mortgage was sorted quickly. He is very experienced and we felt in very safe hands that he would get us the best deal possible. We had such a positive experience from beginning to end. I cannot recommend the team at Cambourne more highly!

I can’t begin to thank enough the wonderful Connell’s Cambourne team for securing the sale of my property, the process of which has been far from easy. With an excellent marketing package, efficient coordination of the maximum amount of viewings (during extremely limited time slots due to inflexible tenants), and the excellent management of demanding buyers, the team surpassed my expectations. Each viewing was accompanied by the agent, and swiftly followed up after; I never had to worry that an opportunity had been missed. I was kept fully informed of upcoming viewings and promptly debriefed following, and had every confidence that they always tried their best to follow up and progress each enquiry. I was impressed that I always received a detailed feedback report for each viewing day; something I’ve not experienced with other agents. I was so pleased the team was able to negotiate a sale price higher than the buyer’s first offer. They’re an absolute pleasure to deal with and during each and every conversation I felt genuinely listened to and received wise counsel to assist me with making several sensitive decisions. They really do go above and beyond in so many ways to help secure the sale; their work ethic is on another level. A special thanks to Lauren, Robert, Jack, Monica and Lesley. Thanks very much, it means so much that we’ve got to this stage during what felt, at times, like it wasn’t going to happen due to the challenges we faced. Very happy with the professionalism, knowledge and experience from the Connells team in Cambourne. The marketing of the property was done to a high standard and they were proactive in getting viewings booked in. We had very geographically limited options for our purchase and they also suggested upcoming properties that met our criteria but were not yet on the market, one of which we subsequently purchased. It was quite a long chain in the end and quite a long process as a result but we were kept updated throughout. Every time I had a query, if the person best placed to respond was unavailable at the time, I could be confident of getting a call back from them later the same day. The online portal made it easy to see how both transactions were progressing and I opted to use the conveyancing service as well, which also helped to keep the administration to a minimal level. Overall, it’s a great service for a fair price - I would happily use Connells again in future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The staff were very helpful once a purchase had been agreed, however our initial visit to the branch one Saturday afternoon was met by one member of the team on the phone for at least 15 minutes, without even acknowledging us. Thereafter we received no contact from the branch to aid our property search and eventually found the property ourselves via Right Move. We also received some conflicting information given by various team members regarding the property we were buying in respect of fixtures, seller's position etc. However once the purchase was agreed they helpfully acted as intermediaries and helped the purchase along. I would rate 3½ if I could!

I would not hesitate to recommend the Connells Cambourne team - extremely happy with the service we received from start to finish when selling our property through them. Whilst we didn't end up buying our new property through Connells, they were very professional when showing us around properties on their books whilst we were looking for our new home. I would highly recommend Connells in Cambourne. We explored options with several agents but decided on Connells and didn’t regret it. Monica supported us in securing a quick sale and Robert managed a smooth process working with our buyers and solicitors. While we had to make accommodations in terms of dates to help ensure the purchase chain didn’t break, the process was relatively smooth and we completed in 11 weeks.
