I couldn’t recommend Connell’s enough, they’ve been fantastic. I had my property on the market for 6 months with another agent with little or no interest, then within 8 days of it being on the market with Connells I had 3 viewings and it got sold. Alex and Lauren have been great throughout the whole process keeping everyone informed on the progress of the sale. I wish I had gone to them when I first put my property on the market!

Very good experience. The team at Connells cambourne we’re always there to offer there knowledge and expertise when I needed it. No question was ever a problem and they were always happy to speak to me. Lauren from the beginning was there to help out at any cost. Through the long winded process of buying a house, Lauren was always there to support when needed and chase solicitors to ensure the purchase was meeting the deadline.

I dealt with Lauren recently regarding the proposed sale of a property and with Andy regarding mortgage matters. From the moment I first phoned Connells I was impressed. The team were courteous, friendly and genuinely helpful. Everything was explained very clearly and at no point did I feel that there was any pressure to do anything or that I was simply a sales target. I got the impression that they genuinely wanted me to do what was best for me and that they would do everything they could to help me. Would I turn to them again in future? Lauren valued the property, giving clear information about different price strategies from the ceiling price to the ‘sell it quick’ price.
