We are very pleased with our service so far with Property Bee. They have not only helped us buy a property (STC), but have also led the way in selling our own property (STC) too. They were great at keeping us up to date, giving feedback, and being honest. Having tried to sell our house with other agencies, I can say that the experience we had with Property Bee stood out the most. They were very professional, but also had a personal approach where they understood our needs. Communication has been great, we haven’t had to chase them. Although we still have the contracts to go, we are confident this high level of service will continue.

Rob has been incredible so far throughout our sale process. His insight relating to pricing, market behaviour and individual requirements is excellent and actions have been timed perfectly throughout. He’s a straight talking, no nonsense guy and his guidance and reassurance have been invaluable. He’s also gone to considerable efforts to give us help and advice outside of our sale, all of which has been extremely welcome. This is exactly what an estate agent should be. Forget 3 piece suits, slick hair and fancy cars - knowledge, transparency, honesty and professionalism are what you really need. We’ve only dealt with Rob, but if Michael is remotely similar, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Rob came home, was very sensible in his comments and suggestions. It is obvious he has a lot of experience in real estate and in our area. Communication was always easy and straightforward.
