Would highly recommend Property Bee having sold our house through Michael who was so supportive and informative throughout the whole process. Michael was open and honest throughout and doesn't provide the same 'salesman' feel that is to be expected from many traditional estate agents. He was in constant contact with us, chasing people who needed to be chased, and best of all gained a higher offer than we had anticipated! When it came to estate agents there was no other option for me. There's no doubt that Property Bee have the personal touch. I met Rob from PB when he showed us around a Camberley property. Michael was brilliant from the start. He was realistic when valuing our house and gave great advice. We put it on the market on the Tuesday for an “launch day” open house the following Saturday. I had a couple of personal recommendations of Property Bee, so included them when calling estate agents for initial valuations. My expectations have been exceeded. The working relationship has been seemless and a pleasure, the marketing was excellent, quickly implemented and a couple of small issues were treated as urgent and resolved out of hours and during the night, ready for the morning. All viewings were hosted by Property Bee and detailed feedback was always forthcoming.
