Property Bee are breaking the mold of estate agent stereotypes, we couldn't have asked for a better service in our house sale. From our first time meeting Michael we appreciated his honest and frank approach with no bulls**t or sales spin. Michael was approachable and trustworthy and we loved Property Bee's ethos from the outset, let alone their great value for money. The photography and video were turned around quickly and to a high standard, and the sale process was just as impressive. Having an open day meant managing viewings was seamless for us as sellers with a young family at home. We received 9 offers and sold over the asking price, Michael provided valuable feedback on all offers and buyers' positions. Throughout the contracting and exchange of the chain, Michael was easily contactable and fast to respond, not only helping us but our buyers and even the sellers above us in the chain when their estate agents weren't so supportive in the after sale process. We would highly recommend Property Bee, in fact we already have and that house sold at a higher price, with a lower commission fee than other 'traditional' estate agents had quoted. The process of selling your house is changing and Property Bee are at the forefront of that change. Thank you Michael.

Rob and the team at Property Bee single handed got my property purchase over the line and can’t be more grateful to them. As a first time buyer, Rob took the time to explain all the nuances and steps in buying a property in a professional manner, he was never more than a phone call away to discuss any worries I may have. Even after the purchase was agreed upon, the team made sure to keep on top of everything regarding the sale, and when it looked like it had hit a brick wall they went above and beyond to ensure the issues with the management company was solved, something even the solicitors seemed to struggle with. Really grateful to Michael and his expert knowledge on the whole process of buying our new home. Michael at Property Bee has been fantastic in the whole process. Very good local knowledge and most importantly a very realistic approach to valuations and the market in general. There is far too much over valuing going on with other agents just to get prospective sellers on board which ultimately ends up with sellers dropping prices and being disappointed. Michael does things differently and has a straightforward, honest approach whilst managing everyone’s expectations professionally, all with excellent communication throughout.
