Michael was recommended to me by a friend who used him on the sale of their property and their next purchase. After having a bad experience with a previous estate agency I got in contact with Michael. He has been brilliant throughout this was a probate sale and he was great at getting the minimum asking price I was willing to accept as it was my family home. He kept me up to date giving his advice when needed. We did however have a slight set back due to the buyers requesting a last minute survey when we were already to exchange they did this last minute to renegotiate . After speaking through options with Michael we came to an agreement with the buyers and finally completed on the sale today. I will have no hesitation in recommending Michael and will happily use him in the future if I look to sell in the future. Hayley West

I can’t recommend Jon and Rob enough; they worked tirelessly to get us the sale on our house despite multiple set backs which were of no fault of theirs. Rob was very friendly, up front and honest, which often goes under appreciated, whilst Jon persevered through the myriad challenges we faced. I've just exchanged contracts on my house sale in Bagshot but didn't sell it via Property Bee! The 5* rating is given to PB because they were involved in the chain. Cutting to the important bit, Jon Thompson was open and a very good communicator despite him not acting for me. He relayed pertinent information without breaking the confidential relationship he had with his client who bought my property. We spoke, we didn't txt, email or WhattsApp'd....good old fashioned phone, so much quicker and the emotion is not lost when talking. I can't turn the clock back and say I should've used PB to sell my home, but I can highly recommend Jon to any future sellers. I speak from career experience as I was an estate agent for just under 40 years so know an honest bloke when I talk to one.
