GoogleNo nonsense, honest and straight talking service. Rob’s advice and guidance has been invaluable inside and outside of our sale and I couldn’t recommend him more. He takes the time to understand your situation and his resolve during the sale has been steady and all actions perfectly timed. Not that we intend to sell many houses, if we do we’ll be using Property Bee.
Thank you so much Chris! 🙏 …

GoogleGreat experience. Michael gave us honest, straightforward advice and backed this up with data and examples which really gave us confidence in his ability. He then went on to deliver 8 offers inside 3 days of the property being on the market! We couldn’t have asked any more from him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

If you are looking for an agent who is extremely reliable, realistic with expectations and professional in their field then Rob from Property Bee it’s it. I used Property Bee to market my house and have nothing but praise. Clear explanations, knowledge, positive and well presentable were all key factors. The ease of communicating was in itself reassuring. The marketing material produced was excellent. There are many estate agents offering their services, but for me Property Bee was my first choice and would have no hesitation in using them again.

TrustpilotExactly what an estate agent should be.
Our sale isn’t complete yet but already the service from Rob at Property Bee has been exemplary. His advice, guidance and timings on action have all been perfectly executed and invaluable, even when we were doubting our situation. He has given us advice above and beyond the scope our sale and has always been there to help. He’s a trustworthy, straight talking, no nonsense agent, which is exactly what I wanted. If I wasn’t already married, I would probably have asked him to be my best man.
