Most agents care only about high turn around time to maximize profits. Orchard don't pressure their customers and I really like about this. GoogleBy far the worst estate agents going. Unfortunately can not give lower than one star. Incompetent agent wrote our contract wrong (renting) and asked my husband and I to sign another one in the first week of moving into the property. Incredibly rude staff who not only didn’t bother to reply to our emails but also got the figures wrong at the time of our moving out of the property and made out we were in the wrong! Initially we were to be long letting tenants but due to the ignorance and harassment from Orchards we moved out in 3 months. We will never use this company and discourage anyone tempted to use it too. Absolutely appalling!

He was always 3 steps in front, provided the best advice and nothing was ever too much trouble (considering the countless calls I made through our difficult purchase through a different estate agency). ordered a brandywine crabapple tree. Received it in a few days and it was great. About 3 feet tall with several branches. Will plant in a few days and see how it grows. The website has great info about what to do for my tree. Thanks.
