I purchased two Arborvitaes to replace a few dead ones in our yard. Shipping took a few extra days then what was estimated. The two plants arrived in a shipping box, in great condition! They are alive, green and healthy! The two plants are smaller then what I was planning on but it will do the job. Looking forward to getting them planted.

Overall a really positive experience. The team were fast and very proactive. They took care of all the viewings and subsequent visits which was extremely useful for me.Only lost a star because the door was left unlocked a few times.

A few months ago I ordered a couple of Autumn Blaze trees from Online Orchards and received them a few days later. Both looked very healthy but for some unknown reason one died. I contacted Online Orchards and they quickly sent two replacements. All three trees are now well established and showing signs of strong growth. They seem a very nice company to do business with

I bought a Royal Purple Smoke Bush to replace a plant in my front yard. Being from the Midwest I always loved the smoke trees and bushes. I ordered on the 15th of February and Online Orchard had my Royal Purple Smoke Bush delivered yesterday by UPS. I am very happy with the way my plant was packaged and shipped. Very speedy delivery.
