No negative comments whatsoeverThe sale went through very smoothly despite some issues on the way.Orchard were very skillful in keeping the negotiations moving, and responded quickly and efficiently when the purchaser raised sometimes irrelevant reasons in order to reduce the price.Overall - very satisfied with the help and guidance Orchard provided to achieve a relatively quick sale of a difficult property due to it's refurbishment needs.

GoogleOrchard representatives were generally helpful, and friendly during my tenancy. However, if they truly pride themselves on their reputation then they need to consider reviewing the type of landlords that they choose to partner with. Having lived in an insect infested flat for ~2 years where the landlord refused to accept any responsibility, and all the pain and spitefulness received inbetween, my experience with Orchard has been completely tarnished. Orchard also allowed the landlord to charge ridiculous deductions from our deposit. For example £5 for a supposedly missing door stop?? £84 for a toilet seat that was broken by Orchard's recommended cleaner. With no photographic proof, I had to make the decision to pay this huge sum to avoid further mental stress. Good luck to anyone renting a property owned by the Fulliloves.

GoogleAlthough we weren't fortunate in our bid for a property via Orchard through matters beyond our control, it was still a pleasure to work with Daniel (Dan) Findlay. He's been professional, genuine, kind and just an all round great guy. Even though estate agents represent the seller, Dan still provided my partner and I as potential buyers with helpful guidance. He's also dedicated, proactive and goes above and beyond. Individuals like Dan give estate agency a good name and the Orchard team are lucky to have him.

Google5 stars for Jasmine. She has shown us around several properties. Has been prompt, super friendly, knowledgable and professional. She gets our feedback quickly for the vendors and has been in touch with us to show us properties before coming to the market. Although we haven't found our property through Orchards, the properties shown to us have all been very close to ticking all our boxes!

Went to Dartford orchard for Christmas panto 2 see Aladdin expecting an average show. I was pleasantly surprised it was very good funny kids loved it good songs. Not as cringy as normal panto. 4d glasses for the show that was very good pleased to say would defo recommend and go back. Best not 2 judge Dartford on its postcode!

Arranged a viewing for 5.30pm today . Nobody turned up and when we called we were told that they had left us a voicemail advising the viewing had been cancelled , why not just tell the truth and say you forgot to call us .

GoogleI worse Estate agent I have ever seen , they’re customer service is poor and communication with their client is almost ZERO. I regret putting my house on the market with them, I am sure if I hadn’t gone with them I would have sold and moved months ago. Every time I contacted them and left a message they will either didn’t come back to me or if they did it was few days later , although on the same day that I left a message when I passed their office in Camberley they person I left message for was sitting there and chatting away with rest of his team ! The initial meeting and the valuation for renting and contractual was brilliantly handled and the process of securing a tenant was excellent. However the communication within the back office was not so good and the layout of the statements is not good; I am experienced in letting statements and even I had trouble interpreting it.
