Great to contract signing,

The initial meeting and the valuation for renting and contractual was brilliantly handled and the process of securing a tenant was excellent. However the communication within the back office was not so good and the layout of the statements is not good; I am experienced in letting statements and even I had trouble interpreting it.

Top quality customer service...

The team at Orchid knows how to service sellers and buyers alike. We purchased our first home in the UK from them and they guided us with patience every step of the way. I found them to be friendly and ethical and will be sure to use them if needed again in the future.

Orchard by bridges is professional, efficient and courteous and always respond immediately to any queries throughout the whole purchase process. The swiftness of the Orchard by bridges and their work ethic was exceptional. I would like to thank especially to Daniel Findlay for his help throughout my house purchase. Daniel has very pleasing personality and true professional in his dealings. I would highly recommend to use Orchard by bridges!!!

Would Never Use Another Agent Again, Always Orchard.

Used many estate agents before and it has always been a very stressful time. Have used Orchard a few times now, and they always take all the stress away, and deal with all stages of the chain to always keep me informed. Not to mention they have always been the best negotiators.

They say moving house is one of the most stressful times in your life and I think it would of been if it wasn’t for David Ramon! He was always 3 steps in front, provided the best advice and nothing was ever too much trouble (considering the countless calls I made through our difficult purchase through a different estate agency). Can’t thank you enough David & Team!

We have used Orchard for both selling and purchasing. They treat their customers very well during this daunting process especially with busy family life. Most agents care only about high turn around time to maximize profits. Orchard don't pressure their customers and I really like about this. I would reuse them and highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling or purchasing.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

By far the worst estate agents going. Unfortunately can not give lower than one star. Incompetent agent wrote our contract wrong (renting) and asked my husband and I to sign another one in the first week of moving into the property. Incredibly rude staff who not only didn’t bother to reply to our emails but also got the figures wrong at the time of our moving out of the property and made out we were in the wrong! Initially we were to be long letting tenants but due to the ignorance and harassment from Orchards we moved out in 3 months. We will never use this company and discourage anyone tempted to use it too. Absolutely appalling!

Keah, Richard and the lettings team at Orchards have been fantastic. Through their professional marketing, they found tenants for both our properties within a matter of days and carried out all the necessary references and checks thoroughly. Their communication has been excellent throughout the process and I have happy, settled tenants. Thank you all.

Brandywine crabapple tree

ordered a brandywine crabapple tree. Received it in a few days and it was great. About 3 feet tall with several branches. Will plant in a few days and see how it grows. The website has great info about what to do for my tree. Thanks.

Orchard Estate Agents in Camberley has done a first class job in marketing my house and setting up a good schedule of viewings leading to an early offer at the right price. I would strongly recommend Orchard to friends and family. I am particularly grateful to David Ramon who has worked to achieve the best outcome for me and kept me well informed of progress.

Happy to choose Orchard

The whole team in Orchard is very lovely to deal with. They gave us useful advice during our sale and purchase journey. We are very happy with our choice, and are very impressed how they follow up the events after the sale was agreed as a whole process.

I have met many estate agents in my time of both buying and selling property over the years. Sadly I find most estate agents average to poor, unprepared and inexperienced. Not so with Petra who came across as a very professional and competent individual. Very impressed.
