FacebookI do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.

GoogleI really don't understand how things work in this Branch: I have registered with the Agency last Summer and they have my email address and telephone number but I am never notified about ANY property on the market. I have called them directly and they booked me in for a viewing but didn't even bother notify me when the flat was rented out and I found out ON THE DAY because, again, I called the Agent to get the postcode. Perhaps they have a preference for their clients demographics? Obviously I am not going to be able to get a flat with them any time soon...

GoogleWarning, ⚠️ Truly dreadful service, they left an external door unlocked after a viewing, they went for three weeks without their promised weekly check in call, their management is shambolic and their communication appalling. Left them and went with another agent and property sold within a week 25k above asking price. Avoid Chancellors like the plague.

FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. You have put our mind at rest and we are no longer stressed about the renting process. Look forward to working with you in the next couple of months. Thanks again!

GoogleI have had a great experience with the Chancellors team in Camberley. For personal reasons I had to get a rental property in short order and was let down by some other agents quite badly. Fortunately I had Jess from Chanchellors who did everything she could to make getting a new place happen. Very responsive, super helpful and genuinely great to work with. If I need any other property services in the future, I will be calling Jess first!

FacebookThe worst ever agency I've ever deal with.Absolute unprofessional and unkind attitude.For six months contract i have around 200 useless emails and still can't get my deposit back after 1 month and a half.Never get a property trough Chancellors agency.There is forum group with around 200 Bulgarian families around the area and i keep advising them never use this agency.Unprofessional continuous failure to do all task.And it's not just me 90% unhappy.What an agency why you are still on the market how?

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

FacebookI recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. GoogleMy Partner and I have become experts on this now as we enter week 6 of house searching around 5 key areas for our large family. We met with Jessica at Chancellors for a house viewing on Saturday the 14th. When planning or visualising the home for your family, you need more than 15 mins as It is not great being ushered in and out like an F1 pit stop crew. Jessica spent the time with us that was needed and not only that, she kindly gave clear honest opinions before we walked into a room, positive but also negative with a solution in mind. This was the transparent navigation we have not experienced as of yet and was thankful for it. We are still on the search as our personal application considers many children but we hope to work with Chancellors again on this journey. Superb professionalism and service.

FacebookMe, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers . If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

FacebookWhat a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!
