GoogleTerrible experience. We inquired about a property that had been on the market for over six months. Aaron claimed it was 'unavailable' only at the very end of our conversation, but this was untrue, I had confirmed with his colleague just two days earlier that it was available. It seemed like a tactic to push other suggestions or their financial services. Dishonest and unprofessional, very disappointing.

GoogleDexter was diligent at checking in before the appointment to sure everything was fine, which was anice touch. He knew his property very well which, surprisingly isn't always the case. He was polite and non-pushy. Overall he delivered a good service.

GoogleI don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about the amazing customer service we received when dealing with Danielle Sheperd over the last six years. Danielle goes above and beyond for her vendors and prospective buyers. I always felt confident during the process as she had everything in hand. I never felt like I needed to worry as she is extremely capable and brilliant at her job. She is a credit to her company, who need more employees with the same attitude and customer care skills as Danielle ⭐️

GoogleThey completely ruined the house buying experience for us!! They didn't manage the seller well and couldn't get required information from seller for almost 10 months after the offer was accepted. The most annoying part was they would not update us, would never answer their phone, if luckily we get through to them they would promise to update us and never call back. Totally unprofessional. Wasted so much of our time and money!

FacebookTo start on a high, the estate agent actually was very helpful. Answered any questions I had and was very kind. The issues started with communication. I was given a sales progressor who failed to give thorough updates and when they did, they were weeks after my solicitor gave me one. When I communicated this to them, they got very defensive, deflected and I was passed onto another sales progressor. No accountability taken. Again, same happened with the new progressor, slow/no updates, but I just cracked on and waited (almost pulled out at this point as I was now on the 5th month of waiting and the thought of them gaining commission on such an awful service really annoyed me). Completion day then came around, a day that is supposed to be so exciting and luckily was but only due to the people I was with. CHANCELLORS DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS OR THAT I WAS THERE TO COLLECT THE KEYS. They didn't even know about the property even though it was their listing! They turned me away and I had to wait 6 hours until my solicitor gave me the go ahead to try and collect the keys again. I came back and was pretty annoyed (rightly so) and the person who gave me the keys tried to justify the situation by telling me how bad their experience was when they first bought a property?! I literally couldn't be arsed at that point. When I finally did collect the keys, someone was still vacant in the property! Luckily they were very kind but I didn't think it was very appropriate.

GoogleDexter from Chancellors was a pleasure to work with. He was detailed, outlining both the benefits of the property as well as any drawbacks and how to address them. He talked about his own renovation and home-buying experiences. He was happy to schedule a second viewing for us at short notice and was quite understanding when the tradesman I had invited for a quote was nearly half an hour late. He also provided us with helpful advice for making an offer and kept us regularly informed. Overall, a solid five-star service from Dexter and Chancellors’ team.

FacebookMost of their properties listed on right move have already been sold. So when you phone up to enquire about it it's an utterly pointless conversation. They will tell you the reason for this is their policy is to continue to market the property until exchange of contracts should the sale fall through. No other estate agents I know of does this. I think the real reason is so that when you phone in to enquire about a property that's been sold this then gives them a sales lead.

In particular Casey Gramson, our property manager, has been super, and has dealt with all of our requests effectively, and in a timely manner. Always polite and professional, so yes, would definitely recommend!
