I had an excellent experience with Lewis throughout the beginning of my tenancy journey. From my very first phone call, Lewis was friendly, professional and incredibly efficient in arranging a viewing of the property. As I was unable to attend in person, he was more than happy to accommodate my family viewing the property on my behalf, which I really appreciated. My family spoke very highly of Lewis after the viewing, mentioning how welcoming, approachable and informative he was. He took the time to answer all of their questions patiently and made them feel completely at ease, which gave us great confidence in moving forward with the property. Throughout the process, Lewis remained responsive, courteous and helpful, always ensuring we were kept informed and supported. Renting a property can often be a stressful experience, but Lewis made the initial stages feel smooth, straightforward and reassuring. Thank you, Lewis, for all your effort and professionalism. You made a wonderful first impression, and I truly appreciate all the help and support you provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lewis to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, approachable and reliable letting agent.

Six months ago we completed on our first home purchase through Chancellors Camberley, and the experience was genuinely awful from start to finish. The agent, Enzo, repeatedly provided false information about key aspects of the sale. We have videographic proof of these inaccuracies. Communication from the agency was minimal throughout the process, and we were forced to constantly chase for updates. If it had not been for our persistence, we would not have completed before the stamp duty deadline. When we raised concerns, the responses from Demi and the wider team were dismissive and unprofessional, leaving us feeling ignored rather than supported. On the day of completion, Enzo told us that once the sale had completed there was “nothing they could do” to support us. We were assured the seller would turn up at the property, yet we were left waiting outside until 6pm for the keys because Enzo was closing his office. There was no handover, no congratulations, and no assistance. We ultimately had to collect the keys directly from the seller ourselves. As first-time buyers, this should have been an exciting and memorable day. Instead, we were left deflated and stressed due to the unprofessional conduct of Chancellors Camberley. I would not recommend this branch, particularly to first-time buyers who need guidance and clear communication. To add insult to injury, today, six months after completing, we were contacted and asked whether we were still looking for a property. This highlights a complete lack of internal communication and record-keeping. Please update your systems.
