GoogleWe rented a property that Belvoir managed and they told us they were going to up our rent by 33%. Without doing research and talking to citizens advice on our end we wouldn't have known this did not have to be accepted despite how they worded the email insinuating it was a done thing.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Leah and all the team encountered at Belvoir. It was such a pleasurable experience dealing with them - not like "normal" estate agents (without being rude) - communicative, friendly, professional, prompt and courteous.
