allAgentsReally unpleasant experience
Really unpleasant experience with Belvoir Camberley this week. Contacted them to enquire about a property to let and found the staff member I spoke to extremely rude and uninterested. Having now read previous reviews it looks like a lot could be learnt about effective customer service. It's horrible to be spoken to in such a way when you are simply looking for a new home. Avoid - there are far better agents in Camberley.

GoogleCannot fault the process from start to finish. Shannon and the team have been helpful and super efficient. As a first time renter I had a lot of questions. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so patient and informative.

GoogleWe have now completed many jobs for Belvoir Camberley from basic replacement carpet works, to supplying and installing new laminate, luxury vinyl tile & sheet vinyl's for several of the properties they manage. I have found Rhian very efficient and communicative throughout all the projects we have completed. We hope to continue the working relationship for a long time as the approach they take to all aspects of their business is exemplary.

GoogleAttentive to my needs as a tenant, helped enormously in dissolving the fear of asking for help with issues, I had created for myself in the course of my tenancy , with both an understanding and proactive attitude. GoogleBEWARE. This agent is not honest. My wife was told that if she gave cash to Leah then offer will be accepted. We refuse to do this as not ok. Will be reporting.

GoogleHonestly, the best estate agents I have had. They are very responsive, they made sure both of my children and I were comfortable in our home. I was sad to leave Belvoir due to relocation. If I could have, I would have stayed for a few more years or until my children outgrew the cottage. The entire team have been polite and understanding upon viewing the property right through to the end of tenancy I really could not have been happier. Thank you Belvoir.

GoogleAs a landlord I have used Belvoir camberely exclusively since 2006. During that time I have never had a single complaint about any service they have provided me. I initially used their tenant find only service but over the years I have also used their part managed and fully managed service. They also helped me sell the property. They understand the concerns of a landlord and have consistently given good advice. They have always managed to find me tenants quickly with virtually no void periods in between. All members of the team have always be friendly, courteous and professional. 100% recommendation for any landlord.
