From keeping us updated on feedback after viewings to keeping us informed of where we were at with each stage of the sale, which meant we could leave it all with her, saving us time and effort in chasing solicitors! We had the pleasure of working with Aysegul ‘Ayse’ Capti with the purchase of our first property. Even though I was abroad when our offer was accepted, Ayse was very helpful and made the next steps stress-free. Always friendly and helpful. Communication was always excellent and even when our solicitors were not helpful or on the ball, Ayse was on hand to sort and put us at ease.No questions were too big or too small and she always had time to talk to us.I would I highly recommend Minors and Brady, and Ayse specifically. I will definitely recommend Minors and Brady to anyone looking to sell their property. They worked hard and were so kind when our first chain broke down. The after sales team was brilliant, big shout out to Claire Wilson who was without a doubt very impressive. She kept everyone in the chain on their toes, we really felt like she was in our corner and made us feel that we were the most important clients on her list. Very professional and supportive.

Connie and Charlie were amazing, always keeping me up to date, doing everything they could not just to get me viewings but the best offer also. From initial meetings, photos and getting the advert ready, to processing the Memorandum of Sale. Everything is handled carefully, and so well. They took so much stress out of what can be an extremely stressful experience.Sadly, after sales really let the side down. My case was handed over from agent to agent, no one read the case notes, had to chase every day to get updates, and was given so many excuses for why my sale was delayed. They made the process so stressful, which was such a shame after all the excellent work the sales team had done before.

Ange has been fantastic! When selling our home we wanted a local trustworthy and good agent and all the reviews we got for Ange&co were fantastic. From the start they were quick, professional but most importantly they were lovely people. From the photos to viewings, every Ange&co employee was outstanding. a BIG shout out to Ange herself- most owners are corporate and in the background but not her. She was so involved, charismatic, genuine and honest. Her guidance and expertise was second to none and she made the whole experience better.We also purchased through Ange and even then they were fantastic still! We had so much information and through our whole process we got so many updates that we were grateful for. They really went above and beyond! Near the end we found out Ange was merging with Minors and Brady which made us a bit apprehensive as we didn’t pick them for a reason. But knowing Ange would see our purchase and sale though was comforting. It’s sad to see Ange&Co merge. We just hope Minors and Brady really appreciate they have the best in their midst with Ange and appreciate her expertise and personality that draws people in. Overall, a huge massive pink thank you to Ange, and her team. Selling and buying is a headache but you all made the experience so much smoother and personal.

I had a rental property in Caister and instructed Minors & Brady to sell after a professional valuation and realistic sale price. The house was sold before it reached the market with the first to view buying. This is often when agents lose interest but not with Minors & Brady. Aysegul Capti was the sales progressor and she was excellent. Weekly calls to ensure that I was kept up to date and when the exchange date seemed to be drifting she was in contact with the solicitors on both sides to get the exchange completed as requested. A great service from Aysegul and M&B would do well to hold on to her!

We used Minors and Brady to sell our parents home. We weren’t overally impressed with the service we received initially when the property went on the market. We weren’t kept up to date with weekly contact like promised and we just felt they weren’t pushing the property enough. We were having to call and chase them for updates. Saying that once the sale had been agreed Claire Wilson was brilliant. Weekly updates and on the ball service. Very professional.

Earlier this year, we decided to sell our home through Minors & Brady due to a growing family. We knew we wanted to sell our home through Minors & Brady as we had a really positive experience from them throughout our buying process, our current home was sold quite quickly. Cassandra Creek kept us updated through the process weekly and she was very understanding, it was very helpful to have updated weekly. GoogleSales team were brilliant with marketing. Problems started with After Sales. First sale, after 4 months and a week before completion we were advised buyer at bottom of chain hadn’t actually applied for their mortgage. Second sale, after 5 months waiting for completion, we were advised buyer at bottom of the chain wanted to buy the freehold at completion and wouldn’t exchange without having the paperwork, & vendor in middle has taken property off the market for health reasons. Now told we have to give them 3 weeks notice to cancel Agreement. Life has been on hold for nearly 12 months and surrounded by boxes 😢
