Firstly, Minors and Brady managed to sell our property in a relatively difficult market where other Agents has failed.Secondly, the after sales service and relationship with Nigella Santos was first class. She kept us fully informed during the period between sale and completion, and pressed all parties to optimise the timescale. We would definitely use M & B again to sell a property and would be very pleased to work with Nigella.

We have been pleased with the interaction via telephone, e mail and face to face that we have had from Minors and Brady. All the staff we have dealt with over the telephone have been helpful and efficient.Yesterday we viewed a property on their books and Hannah from Minors and Brady was there punctually waiting to greet us as we arrived. Hannah was welcoming and friendly and able to answer all our questions about the property. She was very positive about the property and offered for us to make an appointment for a 2nd viewing. Today we were contacted by the office by telephone before we could contact them and we made a further appointment to view.

We sold through a different estate agent but bought a house being sold by Minors and Brady. Cassandra was the agent for them and was absolutely brilliant. She updated me every week without fail, she contacted and pushed the others in the chain to ensure a joined up approach to the sale of 4 properties in the chain, and I couldn’t speak highly enough of her. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Minors and Brady. 😊

We bought a property through Minors & Brady back in March 2024. We had a challenging and difficult sale, but Ollee and the Minors & Brady team were amazing. Ollee was there every step of the way, even after the sale, Ollee would always take my calls, make the time to listen & help in any way he could, I don’t think I could have got through the sale without his continued support, that is rare from an estate agent, we need more like Ollee!! If you go to Minors & Brady, definitely ask for Ollee :-)

She made sure to explain things that solicitors just whizz past, which meant that I felt included and informed during the process. We moved to Minors and Brady after the EA we were using didn't seem to be doing anything to sell our house, just blaming a 'difficult market'. M&B came in, and changed the game. There marketing tools and techniques are first class, and they were very proactive which was the key.In particular I would like to mention Claire Wilson - she has been an absolute hero. Getting stuff done, chasing issues down and always being available to chat through things. Massive thanks Claire, you help and guidance has been brilliant!

Having attempted to purchase another property in Norfolk earlier in the year through another estate agents, the difference was stark. They lacked communication - left it 7 weeks after we contacted them before replying and generally unhelpful. Minors and Brady in comparison provided clear concise Info and reassured us throughout the process. Claire Wilson was friendly, personable and efficient and provided everything we needed and more. I’d definitely use this estate agent if I was to sell a propeerry.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Jessica K in the after sales team who has been extremely useful and helpful with exchanging on our first house buy, although there were delays Jess chased everyone and got us the answers needed quickly and helped with all the usual stresses of buying for the first time. She was friendly and approachable and we couldnt fault anything from the service we got and she definitely deserves a big box of chocolates for all the work she has done with helping us to exchange and eventual completion.

Cassandra was amazing. She kept us up to date with everything. She chased our solicitors up when needed. She also didn’t mind me phoning when I was needing extra information. Cassandra was the estate agent for the vendors. We the buyers never had an estate agent and I was worried we might struggle for direction. But we needn’t have worried. So happy with everything. I would recommend Cassandra to my friends.

Due to a bereavement of an elderly parent where we were appointed as executors of the estate we were in a delicate place. Minors and Brady's staff recognised this and gave nothing but kind, gentle and professional support through out the sale of a long held family property. Caroline Larke who dealt with the selling took the case from the price negotiations to completion perfectly supportive , understanding and professional in all aspects - thank you Caroline . Also all of her colleagues when involved gave an excellent service. Curtis Pointin the valuer was also invaluable in all his areas of expertise. Minors and Brady are estate agents we would highly recommend - they are in a different world to the dark images used for estate agents.

Very pleased with the professional and curteous service from the whole team at Minors and Brady. I had to sell a property which was a three hour drive from where I live, so there were extra complications. M&B really stepped up and went above and beyond to make the sale happen. Found a buyer very quickly and helped me with selecting and engaging a local solicitor as well. Jessica Kemp was instrumental with pulling the final pieces of the puzzle together.

I've got to say, as a First Time Buyer this was a some what nerve wracking experience. HOWEVER! Jessica in the Aftersales team was a lifesaver. Connor was Awesome - arranged for addition viewing and measurement appointments during the process. Back to the aftersales, this is the best thing I've ever experienced - as I can't get info from the sellers or the sellers conveyancers - but Jess can - she was a godsend and a lifeline! M&B - invest in this team - you may not know how amazing this is for a FTB :) Have an awesome summer all and see you soon for the keys! :) (p.s. we completed last Friday! Yey!) (p.p.s Thanks Hannah for your patience when we had that rushed 3rd measurement session <3)

I recently viewed a property for my first home and was very impressed and have recently had a bid accepted. The property would be perfect for my first home, being new to this, Hannah was present and was very welcoming and bubbly towards us making it a lot easier and more comfortable. Gave us a very good showing and all questions that were asked; Hannah gave us very good answer and information. Hannah was also very good at stopping the cats from getting out!!. Overall a very good experience

Elle had visited my house in the week to chat about our house sale (we're not with M&B) so we had met previous to my visit to one of their properties and she remembered me. Elle was very courteous to the home owner and gave him time to leave before showing me round. If she had been there before I don't think we would have visited some of the poorly presented rooms first. She was able to answer my questions and walked around with me first then let me wander on my own. Elle was very polite and I was pleased to have for her company on my 1st house viewing.

My fiancée and I are first time tenants and was very nervous at first with renting due to the horror stories we’ve seen. However, Minors and Brady work with fantastic property owners, and manage tenant expectations with their services. The properties they provide are excellent quality, and meeting health and safety requirements. I would like to say thank you to Lexie Mulley our property manager who is swift in assisting with any of our queries and needs. Lexie has always been quick to action maintenance issues, and has brilliant communication. I would 10/10 recommend the company to friends and family from the positive experience we’ve had with them
